This service is available to any minor child with a parent who is already affiliated to the social security system and has a NIE.
*Delay: 2 to 4 weeks.
Description
The service includes:
– A telephone consultation in order to understand your needs and answer your questions.
– The preparation of all the documents of the file.
– Requesting the necessary documents from external parties (social security, birth certificate registry, etc.)
– The coordination with a certified translator if necessary.
– The appointment (cita previa) at the police station of your choice.
A €12 tax is to be foreseen as well as translation fee if the birth certificate is not in Spanish.
Timeframe for the obtention: between 2 to 4 weeks.
The child and his/her legal representative will have to go alone to the police station.
