The document below details the general conditions of sale of the services offered by Bonjour Barcelona, represented by Clothilde Grumelo, acting in her capacity as a professional (auto-entrepreneur / “autonomo”), with NIE number Y3142240V and residing at the following address Paseo Sant Albert 2, Esc 1, 1-A, 08810 Sant Pere de Ribes, Spain.

2. Field of application
These general conditions aim to define the contractual links between the parties as well as their rights and obligations for any online purchase of services offered by the seller.  

These general conditions apply, without conditions nor reserve, to the entirety of the sales concluded on the Web site https://bonjour-barcelona.com by the professional Clothilde Grumelo hereafter “salesman” – with the private individuals – hereafter “the purchaser” wishing to have recourse to the services proposed by Bonjour Barcelona.  

These conditions can be consulted at any time on the site https://bonjour-barcelona.com/conditions-generales-de-vente and will thus prevail on any other contradictory version.  

The GTS are integral part of the contract concluded between the salesman and the purchaser. They are therefore fully opposable to both parties from the moment the consumer has accepted them, at the time of his order. The seller retains the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice and at any time. The version of these conditions, applicable to the purchase by the customer of one or more services, is therefore always deemed to be the one in force at the date of the order.    

3. Exclusions
These general conditions of sale are applicable only to so-called private consumers. The “individuals” – consumers and/or users – being, according to the “Ley general para la defensa de los consumidores y usuarios” (Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), the physical or moral persons who acquire, use or enjoy, as final recipients, movable or immovable goods, products, services, activities or functions, regardless of the public or private, individual or collective nature of those who produce, facilitate, provide or deliver them.  

4. Characteristics of the services provided
The activity developed by “Bonjour Barcelona” is of interest to individuals wishing to settle in Spain, around the city of Barcelona, and includes various administrative services. Each service is accompanied by a description on its product sheet that you can find on the website https://bonjour-barcelona.com. The list of services available on the website is not exhaustive and can be completed by the seller at any time. For any request, please contact: contact@bonjour-barcelona.com

5. Prices
The services are provided at the prices indicated on the website during the registration of the order. The prices of each service are expressed in Euros (€) all taxes included. The total payment requested from the customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase.

Bonjour Barcelona holds the right to modify at any time, without notice and in a unilateral way, the prices of the products proposed on the Site, although this modification does not affect the orders previously placed by the User for which Bonjour Barcelona already sent to the User the corresponding “Confirmation of order”.  


6. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, Bonjour Barcelona indicates that according to the article 103 of the general law for the defense of the consumers and the users, this right of withdrawal is limited.

Indeed, this right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the contracts when the service has been fully executed, that is to say when the buyer will have received in his mailbox the necessary documents and the appointment that correspond to the purchased product.

7. Time frame of the services
The deadlines for the execution of the services correspond to the deadlines listed under each product sheet (see “Product Details”).

8. Ordering process

The customer wishing to purchase a service from Bonjour Barcelona must
– Select the service which interests the buyer
– Validate his order after having verified it and filled the totality of the requested information
– Carry out the payment in the conditions and by the means provided and confirm the order

By ordering the services proposed by ” Bonjour Barcelona “, the customer confirms having taken knowledge of the present general conditions and having accepted them. The validation of the order corresponds, for the customer, to the acceptance without reserve nor restriction, of the present conditions. Barring proof to the contrary, all information and data supplied recorded by ” Bonjour Barcelona ” constitutes a proof of the whole of the transactions carried out between the salesman and his customer.

In the case where Bonjour Barcelona considers that they are not in possession of information necessary to the provision of the service, they will recontact you within 3 working days.

Once the service will be provided, Bonjour Barcelona will put at your disposal by email all the necessary documents corresponding to the product, and this, within the time limit indicated on every product card. For any order, an email of confirmation will be sent to you.

9. Methods of payment
The online payment, by secured way, will be carried out by the following means only:
– Credit Card (through the Stripe payment platform)
– Bank transfer
– Bizum (digital payment platform)

10. Responsibility
Within the framework of the on-line sale of its services, the salesman is held only by an obligation of means. It shall not be held liable for any damage related to the use of the Internet, such as loss of data, intrusion of a virus or any other problem beyond its control and will.

11 – Protection of privacy and personal data
As established in our privacy policy, the Company commits itself to use Users’ data, to respect their confidentiality and to use them in accordance with the purpose of the file, as well as to respect its obligation to keep them and to adapt all measures to avoid alteration, loss, unauthorized access or processing in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on the protection of personal data.

12. Language

These terms and conditions are written in the French language. In the event that they are translated into a foreign language, only the French version will be opposable in case of litigation.

13. Applicable law and competent court

The present general terms and conditions and the operations derived from them are governed by and subject to Spanish law. Any dispute, related to the purchase and sale operations carried out in application of these General Conditions, which could not be resolved between the professional and his client will be submitted to the competent court of Barcelona under the conditions of common law.
