Details

The delegation can only be done through the signature of a mandate in the presence of a notary in the country of origin (poder notarial).

The service includes:
– A telephone consultation to understand your needs and answer your questions;
– The drafting of the POA in two columns (FR-ES or EN-ES);
– Coordination with a trusted notary to arrange the signing and apostille of the document;
– Preparation of all documents in the file;
– Making the appointment (cita previa) at the police station;
– The trip to obtain the NIE.

The fee of €9,74 is included.

Time frame: between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the cooperation of the notary and the time frame for sending the documents.
