Non Lucrative Visa

The service includes:

In the country of origine

– A telephone consultation in order to understand your needs and answer your questions;
– The preparation of all the application and tax forms for the visa
-The help to help you gather the criminal record and other documents
– The appointment at the Consulate to apply for it

Once in Spain
– The appointment for the padrón;
– The appointment (cita previa) at the police station of your choice to do your TIE
– An informative document including the steps to pay the tax and a checklist to make sure you don’t forget anything before your appointment.
– The appointment (cita previa) at the police station of your choice.
– The appointment to pick up your TIE.

Different taxes are foreseen:
– Processing fees (depends of the country)
– Residence permit fees: 10,83 euros
– TIE Fees : 15.92 euros

Timeframe for the obtention of the visa: Maximum 3 months

The person requesting the visa and TIE must go alone to the appointment for at the consulate, for the padrón and, at the police station.
