The service includes: – A telephone consultation in order to understand your needs and answer your questions. – The preparation of all the documents of the file. – Requesting the necessary documents from external parties (social security, birth certificate registry, etc.) – The coordination with a certified translator if necessary. – The appointment (cita previa) at the police station of your choice.A €12 tax is to be foreseen as well as translation fee if the marriage certificate/civil solidarity pact is not in Spanish.Timeframe for the obtention: between 6 to 8 weeks.The person requesting the NIE must go alone to the appointment at the police station.
