This service is offered to anyone who decides to settle in Spain and is entitled to social security, especially workers.
It is an all-inclusive service where we propose to carry out all the necessary steps for a simple and successful installation!This pack includes : The NIE or TIE, the empadronamiento, the digital certificate, the assignment of the social security number, the registration at the Cat Salut.
The service includes:
- A telephone consultation in order to understand your needs and answer your questions;
- The process of obtaining your NIE or TIE, according to your personal situation, including:
- The preparation of all the documents in the file;
- Depending on your situation, the list of documents to request from your employer or university and, if necessary, coordination with the institution concerned;
- An informative document including the steps to pay the tax and a checklist to make sure you don’t forget anything before your appointment;
- An appointment (cita previa) at the police station of your choice and the collection of the TIE if needed
- The process for your empadronamiento, including:
- The list of necessary documents and their preparation;
- The appointment at the city hall of the city where your address is located.
- The process of obtaining your digital certificate, including:
- The choice between the two existing certificates in Spain, the IDCAT or the FNMT;
- The application for the certificate;
- The appointment according to your choice.
- The steps for your registration to the Spanish Social Security, including :
- The assignment of the social security number
- The application for the European Health Insurance Card
- Your registration in the health center (CAP – Cat Salut) and the application for the TSI (health card)
